Ireland & UK Roadtrip - Part 10 - Stirling and Edinburgh

The last leg of the Scotland tour was to kayak Loch Lomond, see Stirling, and then have a night out in Edinburgh with Matt and Hannah.  Kayaking was a total bust as we were not allowed out of a 100 sq meter radius. Duh.

So we quickly headed to Stirling...

Then we arrived back in Edinburgh.  First stop...haunted ghost tour of the underground passages!

Then to a hipster karate bar to shake off the nerves..

Ireland & UK Roadtrip - Part 9 - Nessie Hunting, Princess Castle, Mountian Climbing

Day two of the Scotland portion of the road trip started with a required Scottish task...HUNT FOR NESSIE!

First we had to hunt this elusive killer bee.

The Loch Ness center!

After Nessie hunting, we heading off to see Eliean Dean.  Coolest of all castles.

 

See!  Bridge to the castle island.  Amazing loch.  Totally amazing.

The evil witch captured souls and froze them into stones.

 Then we headed off to Ben Nevis via Glen Coe.  Beautiful.

We found a waterfall which of course we had to climb down.

 

 Who left their thumb behind?

 That evening we stayed at Loch Lomond with plays to kayak the next day.

 Traditional Yorkshire pudding dinner.

 And of course some whisky.
