Here is the view from her front window.
Great display for a kids toy store.
Piazza Erba. Called one of the most beautiful piazzas in the world, and i would have to agree. Life-size statues ontop of buildings, frescos on the exteriors, daily market, etc.
Bobo and two of his best friends from Verona, Andrea and Alessio.
The entrance to the apartment we stayed at. Original ceiling and wall frescos.
Therese arrived Saturday afternoon. We went immediately to a birthday party for a friend of Bobo's.
Stefano and Andrea
Bobo's brother, Mirco and me
The old Arena and market place
There are truly no words for this window display.
Stefano, Gigi, Andrea
Tourist day. For 15euros you can get into almost every sight in Verona.
Inside the museum. Original frescos.
Arch of the Gavii
My first coffee.
Claimed to be a dinosaur bone, more likely a whale bone.
Juliet's House

Piazza delle Erbe.

This statue will drop the ball it's holding on your head if you tell a lie below him.

Lamberti Tower
View from the top. (yes, mum, I made T and Bobo take the stairs to the top)

Bobo and I went and got haircuts. You know when the guy cutting your hair is this punkrock, it's going to be a good haircut.

Afterwards we went down to the archeologica sight, Roman Theater. Here's the gladiator cat that must live there. He followed us around the whole time.

Then we climbed to the top of San Pietro. (yes, mum we climbed all of these as well.) Verona's considered a romantic city, as such people leave locks w/ their names on it and throw away the key. Lots of keys to be found down the hillside!

Up the hill they have a museum.

Then we went to the Dumo.
Then walked to Juliet's tomb.

This is supposed to be the actual tomb of Juliet.

My new haircut.
And a local lady's ridiculous birds nest...

View from the apt balcony.

Dad - found this great vintage 2wheel and 4wheel store w/ all sorts of memorabila.

Banksy-esq art at the resturant.

The next day we went to Bobo's brother's house. He's up on the hill overlooking the city. So great views, 5 minute walk downtown, and the ability to have chickens, fruit trees, olive trees, a mini football field and a fantastic house.

The floating stairs just had to get baby-proofed.
Our last dinner out, back at Gigi's place.

This is what I gave Bobo for his birthday so that I can start using American slang around him. It's amazing how you censor yourself when you know no one will get what your saying. This book is amazing and I'd recommend it in every language. Also handy for parents who want to translate the latest rap song.
