Solima's Italian Birthday

We surprised our friend Solima for her Birthday. Her husband Mauro, organized the evening.
It was a team Italy night, with 6 of the 9 in attendance Italians and the crew that first adopted me when I moved to Nurnberg.
We had dinner at La Locanda - where it's always entertaining and amusing, especially since the Italian owner encourages ruckass causing behavior. This was also the first place and the first group I went out with/to in Nurnberg, so very fitting on the week of my 1yr anniversary of my German arrival.
Dinner was from 730 til about 2am, since it's bad luck to wish someone happy birthday when it's not their birthday in Italy, so we hung out there until Sunday am. There was super loud music, we had horns, and in general it sounded like a new years eve celebration. Luckily after 10 there werent' too many other guests.
Then we popped over to Bakerhof.
